Before this beautiful villa, built in 1837, was turned into a hotel it was owned by a real baron and baronesse. The names and decorations of the rooms still remind of the times when duchesses and princesses were amongst the visitors of La Heid des Pairs. More recently, the hotel hosted Formula 1 drivers as well as musicians and artists as Charles Aznavour, Chris de Burgh, Jeanne Moreau and Leslie Caron.
